In-Country Specialist: An In-Country Specialist serves as a secondary project manager, responsible for coordinating the localization of language versions released for a specific country or region. Typically based in the target country or region, they possess extensive knowledge of the local language, culture, laws, and regulations, enabling them to meet clients' specific localization requirements for that market.
The In-Country Specialist is responsible not only for organizing user interface strings, messages, and spoken dialogue scripts, and arranging the translation of other non-screen content, but also for proofreading translated content and conducting software testing to ensure that the software is suitable for release in the target country or region and that the quality of the localized version meets established standards.

Translators: Responsible for translating source-language text into target-language text. Translators must be professionals who are native speakers of the target language.
