Job Responsibilities
1、Project Management: Responsible for the overall planning and execution of translation projects, including project requirements analysis, scheduling, resource allocation, progress tracking, and quality control.
2、Client Communication: Maintain close communication with clients to accurately understand their needs, promptly provide feedback on project progress, address client inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
3、Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate the work of the translation team, review team, and technical support team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
4、Cost Control: Effectively manage project costs, including translation fees, review fees, and technical support costs, to ensure project profitability.
5、Quality Control: Establish and maintain the company's translation quality standards, oversee the quality of translation deliverables, and ensure that translation quality meets client requirements and industry standards.
6、Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze project data, summarize project experience, continuously optimize project management processes, and improve team efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in foreign languages, translation, project management, or related fields. Candidates holding TEM-8, CATTI, or NAATI certificates will be given preference.
2、Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in translation project management. Candidates with successful experience managing large-scale translation projects are preferred.
3、Language Proficiency: Proficient in at least one foreign language (such as English, Japanese, or German), with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and the ability to communicate fluently across languages.
4、Project Management Skills: Familiar with project management processes and methodologies, and proficient in using project management tools (such as MS Project, Trello, and Jira) for project planning and tracking.
5、Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and senior management and resolve various project-related issues.
6、Team Leadership: Strong team spirit and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate team members and enhance team cohesion and execution.
7、Ability to Work Under Pressure: Able to work under pressure, remain calm when handling urgent tasks and complex issues, and make prompt decisions.
8、Continuous Learning: Keep up with industry trends, continuously learn new knowledge and skills, and enhance professional competence and overall capabilities.
